I-CAR Gold Class is the highest level of achievement recognized by the insurance industry and vehicle manufacturers for collision repair businesses. It requires every technician in a production role to complete and maintain annual training across structural, non-structural, refinishing, and vehicle technology disciplines. Only about 1 in 10 auto body shops in the US holds this designation.
Why it matters for your repair:
Gold Class certification means our technicians know the correct repair procedures for modern vehicles - including those with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), high-strength steel, and aluminum-intensive construction.

Hyundai Certified Collision Repair Centers meet Hyundai Motor America's stringent standards for repair excellence, training, equipment, and customer service. Modern Hyundai vehicles use advanced high-strength steel, exotic metals, composite materials, and highly advanced crash avoidance and safety system technologies - all requiring specific procedures that go beyond general repair guidelines. Hyundai has invested millions of dollars in the research, development, and engineering of its Genuine Parts, tested as complete vehicle systems.
Why it matters for your repair:
If you own a Hyundai, choosing a certified shop ensures your vehicle is repaired exactly as Hyundai specifies - preserving structural integrity, crash worthiness, safety ratings, and full Hyundai warranty coverage. Our technicians have passed Hyundai's rigorous examinations and maintain ongoing certification to stay current with the latest repair procedures.

Genesis is Hyundai's luxury brand, and its vehicles require the same high-standard OEM repair protocols. As a Genesis Certified Collision Repair Center, we have met Genesis's requirements for equipment, training, and process adherence - ensuring that every repair restores the vehicle to factory specifications.
Why it matters for your repair:
Genesis owners can trust that their vehicle is being repaired to the manufacturer's precise specifications, protecting both performance and long-term resale value. Only Genuine Genesis Parts are used - the only replacement components covered by Genesis's comprehensive warranty.

The Collision Professionals Network (CPN) connects certified collision repair businesses committed to industry best practices, ongoing education, and a shared standard of quality. Membership is a signal of a shop's commitment to professional development within the repair community.
Why it matters for your repair:
CPN membership keeps our shop connected to evolving repair standards and best practices across the industry, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve on new vehicle technologies and repair methods.

Hyundai Certified Collision Center
Not every body shop is equipped to properly repair a Hyundai. Certification requires meeting three specific pillars - and maintaining them continuously. Best Class Auto Body meets all three.
A third-party customer service monitoring system is in place at every Hyundai Certified Collision Center to independently verify repair quality and customer satisfaction - holding us accountable beyond our own standards.
Our technicians and managers have undergone extensive hands-on training and passed rigorous Hyundai examinations to attain certification. Maintaining that certification requires continuous education as Hyundai vehicles evolve.
We are equipped with the specific tools and equipment required by Hyundai's repair procedures - enabling our technicians to follow Hyundai's recommended processes precisely and restore every vehicle to factory specifications.

Hyundai Genuine Parts
After a collision, your insurance company may suggest aftermarket or salvage parts to reduce costs. Here's what Hyundai Motor America wants you to know about why that matters for your safety and wallet.
Genuine Parts are produced to the same specifications and tolerances as the original components. Body lines, contours, panel gaps, and surface finish match exactly - because they're made from the same design as your vehicle's original parts.
Aftermarket and salvage parts often require modification, additional preparation, and extensive adjustments before they can be fitted. Genuine Parts install correctly from the start, reducing repair time and getting you back on the road sooner.
Hyundai uses advanced high-strength steels and composite materials engineered to absorb and distribute collision forces in specific ways. Genuine Parts installed with factory-recommended procedures restore the same structural performance - critical for your safety in any future collision.
Using non-OEM parts can decrease your vehicle's resale or trade-in value. Genuine Parts keep your Hyundai in "like new" condition and are often required if you have a leased vehicle. Protecting your repair investment protects your financial investment.
Hyundai Genuine Parts are the only replacement parts warranted by Hyundai Motor America. Damage caused by the failure of aftermarket, salvage, or reconditioned parts may not be covered under your Hyundai New Vehicle Limited Warranty - putting you at financial risk.
Know Your Parts
When you review a repair estimate, you have the right to know - and choose - what types of parts are being used on your vehicle. Here's what each one means.
Produced to the same specifications and tolerances as original components. Must meet Hyundai's internal requirements for fit, finish, and quality AND Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). The only parts covered by Hyundai's warranty.
Made by companies other than Hyundai or its OEM suppliers. May not meet the same material, tolerance, or performance specifications. May not maintain Hyundai warranty coverage.
Removed from salvage-yard vehicles. Source, prior damage, condition, and durability are unknown - could even be a previously damaged aftermarket part. May require additional labor, repair, and painting preparation. May not meet mil-thickness requirements for ADAS-equipped components.
Removed from salvage yards and reconditioned. Common for bumpers, fascias, wheels, and lighting. Quality and long-term durability are unknown and unverified by Hyundai.
Your vehicle, your choice. As a Hyundai Certified Collision Center, Best Class Auto Body exclusively uses New Genuine Hyundai Parts - so you never have to wonder what's going into your vehicle. You're also legally entitled to approve all parts before signing a repair authorization.

Returning your vehicle to factory specifications is our #1 priority.
Why Certification Matters
Modern vehicles are complex. Advanced high-strength steel, aluminum panels, and integrated safety systems like ADAS sensors and airbag networks require repair procedures that go far beyond what older training covers. An uncertified shop may not have the tools, training, or knowledge to handle these systems correctly - and a repair that looks fine on the outside may have compromised the vehicle's ability to protect you in a future crash.
When you choose a certified shop, you're ensuring that your vehicle's structural integrity, safety systems, and factory tolerances are all restored correctly. That matters for your safety, your passengers, your warranty, and your vehicle's long-term value.
